Specialty Poxy was founded in Denver in 2008 by Scott Dismuke — a craftsman who believed a garage floor should look incredible and last for decades, not peel in a couple of Colorado winters. What started as one man doing meticulous work by hand quickly earned a reputation across the Front Range.
Today, Specialty Poxy is a second-generation, family-run business led by Scott's son, Jonathan Dismuke. Between them the family brings more than 20 combined years of hands-on coating experience — and the same standard Scott set on day one carries through every job we touch.
