A great floor starts before we even arrive. Here's your timeline from first call to install day — and the few simple things you can do to get ready.
Most residential garage projects move from consultation to a finished floor within a couple of weeks, depending on scheduling and slab condition. The install itself is often completed in a single day.
We assess the slab, discuss colors and products, and send a clear written quote. Ask us anything — there's no pressure to book.
Once you approve the quote, we lock in your install date and send simple prep instructions so your space is ready when we arrive.
Our crew handles grinding, repairs, base coat, flake broadcast and the poly-aspartic top coat — most garages in a single day.
Please clear everything off the floor — vehicles, shelving, tool chests, fridges, storage bins. The entire slab needs to be exposed for grinding and coating.
Plan to park elsewhere for install day plus the cure window. We'll confirm exactly how long before you can pull back in.
Anything mounted low on the walls near the floor is best removed. We grind edge-to-edge for a clean, complete finish.
We'll need access to a standard outlet and a clear path to the garage. Let us know about pets, gate codes or parking notes ahead of time.
Cracks, oil stains, past coatings or moisture issues — flag them at your consultation so we plan the right prep and repairs.
Have a flake color in mind? Preview blends in our Color Studio, and we'll finalize your palette with real chip samples.
Install day is fast — but the cure window is what protects your warranty. See exactly when you can walk on and park on your new floor.
